Sukkot and the Art of Shelter

During autumn, when everyone moves indoors, Jewish households build temporary dwellings and invite guest to join them for holiday meals in their sukkahs.  Through this Sukkot themed tour we will explore the ideas of shelter, refuge, and home through the exhibition Insecurities: Tracing Displacement and Shelter.  Drawing inspiration from the art and thinking about todays refugee crisis, work as a family to design your own sukkah.

Kids 8+ and their adults
$25 per family (includes museum entrance)
